Dual fuel cooker not working properly. We contacted Rob having seen the glowing reviews he had received on this site. He arranged to come and look at our dual fuel oven which had stopped working. Rob diagnosed the problem but advised that, due to the age of the oven, the part needed to fix it was no longer manufactured. Despite spending time diagnosing the issue and advising us, as Rob wasn't able to fix the oven,he didn't charge us. He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout and we would highly recommend him. Bottom oven not heating. Rob rang shortly after I put the enquiry on Checkatrade. He said he would come straight away. When he came he found that the heating element was faulty, he had a new one in his car and fitted it. From the initial phone call to completion was less than an hour. That is service! Advice on cooker. What a professional and excellent service from Rob, I need some advice on a range cooker didn't know if it will be worth servicing and getting it repaired or purchasing a new cooker, Rob gave me some excellent advice, cannot praise this man enough. If you need your cooker looking at or just some advice this look no further 10 out of 10 from me. And the best thing advice is free. Customer,Waterlooville.
